Whose opinions do you care the most about ? What authority do they have to define me ?
Where are you putting your time and energy ?
What you think about yourself determines how you live. The false stories that we belive about ourselves traps us in the wrong patterns of living. When we identify the lies in our lives, we are better equipped to heal from them and move past them.
Answer these :
Where in my life am I keeping myself small because im afraid of what other people will think ?
Who do I think is judging me ? Is it really everyone ?
What are the thoughts that im worried that I think people are thinking about me ?
If I wasn’t afraid of other people’s thoughts about me, what would I do ? What would I stop doing ?
What do I need to believe about myself in order to just allow people to have opinions about me and maybe even let them be wrong ?
The opinions of people about you who dont matter to you do not matter to you.
You dont need them to agree with you. You dont need them to think good thoughts about you in order for you to create what you want - when what you want is good for you and morally correct.
Only thing that matters is your own thoughts about your decisions. Other people’s opinions is based on their own insecurities and limiting beliefs.
Every moment that you spend thinking about what other people think of you is a moment wasted. Every moment that you spend worrying about how people might judge you is a moment taken away from who you want to be.
We dont change our lives by hoping or thinking. We change it by choosing to do something different, choosing to think differently.
You are so limitless when you stop thinking about what others think of you.
