Humans constantly need to have the drive to strive for a goal. Don't stop progressing, doesn't matter if you feel you have accomplished everything.

Become a better version of yourself every day. When humans stop progressing, they stop living because they don't find excitement in things anymore and that leads to unhappiness.


Too much information from phone, internet, motion pictures, social media, constantly going out and being around people and engaging in unuseful conversations without using time productively makes humans lazy. Don't constantly be absorbed in those things, it's okay to take a break once in a while,  use it very less and not regularly. When  people constantly consume this, they consume other people's opinions and fill their lives with other people's energy and forget about their own lives and feel drained of their energy and feel stupid.


Focus on your life force and passion that gives value and joy to life (ikigai).


1. Health and diet.

   Workout , eat good food


2.Relationships

Connect with people ( friends and family). Don't isolate yourself. Talk to people about your feelings.  Humans are social creatures and they need connection with other humans. When human beings isolate themselves, they will feel worse.


3. Relationship with yourself

Take time to rest and to be with yourself every day without thoughts and distractions (Journal meditate write).

It is necessary to spend time alone with yourself and to be in solitude everyday to be productive and to have good mental health.

Be mindful of what you are watching, eating, people who you are surrounded by and conversations. Don't engage in things that will pull you down

Don't create competitions that don't exist
