GETTING YOURSELF OUT OF A RUT

• Have routines so that you have something to get back to when you go off track. Humans need routines.

• Maintaining  a clean space is self respect . A clean space is a clean mind. Not Cleaning after yourself is disrespect to yourself

• There is a reason why you made commitments. Remind yourselt of that and your goals


• Be mindful of what you are telling yourself. It's okay to not be perfect but Don't make excuses for the goals you want to reach. You know your potential and what you are capable of. You are extremely capable of reaching your goals . You are important. Take care of yourself .

• You can change your reality when you start acting like who you want to be


• Work towards healing yourself. Heal from the past and move on. You are not a victim.

Don't tell people about your trauma simply unless you want to really help someone who asks you to tell them because people will not feel pity for you but will view you only as a weak person and lose respect for you. Example like how people who complain are seen

• Your body responds to your thoughts and emotions.

If you are constantly living in the past and reliving it, your body will get physically ill. Your body only knows what you are feeling and what you are telling your body, it doesn't know that the past situation is no more.
